Air Conditioning
Your room is furnished with individually controlled air conditioning allowing you to set the temperature to your preference. Keeping your room at a comfortable temperature is important yet this is one of the biggest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions in accommodation. You can help by not adjusting the thermostat more than necessary and by ensuring that heating/cooling units are turned off whenever doors or windows are open.

Check-out time is 12 pm (noon). Contact the Front Desk if you need an extended check-out. Late check-out will be accommodated whenever available. Additional charges may apply.

Complimentary coffee & tea making facilities are available in your room.

Laundry bags and lists about services can be found in your wardrobe. Laundry will be collected daily.

Lost and Found
Please contact the Reception to enquire about any lost or found item.

Normal Service
Your room will be serviced daily. If you have any special request of requirement, please contact the Reception and we will endeavor to meet your requests.

Pool Towels
Pool towels are located on the sun loungers around the pool.

Privacy
When you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your room door. A safety latch to prevent entry to the room and a spy hole are also provided.

Safety Deposit Box
An electronic safety deposit box is located within your room. Please follow the instructions, which are on the box.

Snacks, Beverage, and Minibar
A minibar is available in all rooms. Please contact the Front Desk if you would like any additional item.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is located at the center of the property, overlooking the Nam Song river. Our staff is available to serve you while you relax by the pool.

Visitors
Unregistered guests are not allowed in the guest rooms after 10:00 pm.

The voltage in Lao PDR is 220.
