Essential information for reading prior to your stay
Occupancy policy:
- A maximum of two adults per room is allowed with the existing bedding.
- If a third adult stays in a room, the use of an extra bed is mandatory and it will be charged.
Children policy:
- One child 4 years or younger can stay free of charge when using the existing bedding or a baby cot.
- One child between 5 and 11 years old will be charged for breakfast when using the existing bedding.
- A child 12 years or older is considered adult and must use an extra bed.
Check-in / check-out:
- Check in time is between 2:00 PM or earlier, subject to availability, and 8:00 PM.
- Check out time is at or before 12:00 PM (noon).
- Extension of check out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
# Check out until: 16:00 – 30% of the prevailing rates
# Check out after: 16:00 – 100% of the prevailing rates
Kindly note that Riverside Boutique Resort enforces a no-smoking and no-pet policy in the rooms.
Friends and visitors
- Please do not entertain visitors or bring extra persons into your hotel guest room except for brief periods during the day but not later than 7 pm.
- Undeclared Guests will be charged $200 per person per day.
- While guests are welcome to invite friends and relatives to see them or dine at the resort, for visitors who wish to use the swimming pool there will be a per person charge of $25 per day (children aged 0-12 are charged half).
Bringing in of Food
- Guests are welcome to bring in moderate quantities of food but not so much as to constitute a party or a picnic, which would adversely affect the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the resort. Except for snacks, such food should not be consumed outside the guestrooms, and not on the balconies.
- If, in the hotel’s sole opinion, guests have brought in or consumed an amount of food in excess of “moderate”, corkage charges will be applied. A Cleanup and Trash Disposal Fee of $50 per room per day will also be imposed.
Smoking and bringing in products with lingering odor
- Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms.
- Durian, Kimchi (김치), and any other product that leave a lingering odor are also prohibited.
- A Special Cleaning Fee of $150 per room per day will be applied when Guests do not comply with these rules.
